He was great and super friendly, but his initial estimate was off by $500 since he didn't anticipate the plumbing that was necessary before installation. I would've appreciated a more accurate estimate at the start.

About Bobs Eco Water
At Bob's Eco Water we are a small town family owned business who does business the old fashion way, with a firm hand shake and a smile. We carry lower over head and don't use sales tactics so you know your getting the best price on our Eco Water systems. Costumer satisfaction has always been our main goal, and has served us and our costumers well for 30+ years! It gives me great satisfaction when a customer is so pleased with how well our equipment functions and when they complement me on how nice the installation turns out. If a job is worth doing, then it is worth doing my best work.
Reviews
He came out same day to replace a like for like water softener. He noticed that the pipes didn’t line up correctly and instead of forcing it took the time to correct it. Greatly appreciated and will use again. Price was in what quoted even with the extra work. Will use again
Professional and high-quality service. I would not hesitate to call him back or recommend him to friends.
Top notch experience working with Jesse for my Water Softener Install. Highly recommend!
We are very happy with the overall experience with Bobs Eco Water. Jesse was quick in getting us a quote – which was competitive with others. He was able to get us worked into the schedule quickly. He took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the new system. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and would recommend hiring them.
I’ve worked with them for years. Great service!!
Jesse is very knowledgeable about water systems. Offered to fix my current water softener but when that wasn’t an option, he removed my current one and installed a better model that fit within my budget.
Extremely happy with the quality of work in installing the Eco water purifier. Jesse is awesome to work with and prompt in answer ing my questions.
On time and great workmanship. I would hire them back without any hesitation
explained in detail and gave recommendation
Couldn't be more satisfied with the work Jesse did for me. Explained everything in a way I could understand the problem and what needed to be done. His work quality is great. He was the most professional service person I have ever met. I will recommend him to friends and other residents in my community. Thank you Jesse for proving to me there are still good and honest service workers still out there ready to help people like me.
I had an excellent experience with Bobs Eco Water. He was very quick to respond to my water softener issue and was willing to help me trouble shoot some ideas over the phone. When we decided that it would require more attention he was able to come out the next day. He was very detailed in in his service and explained options that I could try in the future. I would highly recommend Bobs Eco Water and will definitely use them in the future.
Jesse was on the ball answering texts even over the weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend his services
Took time to explain everything about my water system and was patient with my questions. No hard sale to replace, just honest and good work.
