I have a condo in SD and a unit 4 floors up had a sink pipe burst in the wall therefore leaking all the way down through the walls to bottom floor condos. I am on the 3rd floor. Called a couple water restorations Co. for estimates because this is a timely repair due to mold on top of everything else. I ended up going with Bold Water and Fire because of their responsiveness, estimate and overall willingness to make this easy for me. Thank you Dina

They got back to us in minutes. They were professional. They weren't able totake the job, but even spent time trying to find someone one could!

When life is disrupted by property damage, it doesnt create one stressful event but two .. the stress of the crisis itself & the stress of finding trustworthy team. Its always hard to blindly choose from a list or reading reviews. But meeting Andy & Eric from Bold Builds Construction has provided me more assurance than the other companies we interviewed. Their confidence and excellent communication skills have eased much of the anxiety & worry. We are still in the beginning phase of the project but things are moving so efficiently despite being holiday. They explain the process very well and I feel confident of this partnership as we slowly rebuild.

I enjoyed working with them because they are very honest and they really know how to do the job. They stay in contact even after completing the job to make sure everything is perfect and to see if anything else needs attention. I also love the work they did to my bathroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We just bought an old house built back in the last 1940’s and it needed an entire new plumbing system i.e. trench work, water heater, blocked pipes from overgrown tree roots. It was an extensive job and they still got it done early right before the holiday. They did a fantastic job! Eric and his team are amazing. I highly recommend requesting Dennis for all plumbing work.
