Be careful. Make sure the entire collection of fees is made clear to you in advance. My quote was $540 for 4 hours and 199$ due the day I booked to secure the reservation. Two days later I booked and paid the $199. Next day they send a text and say I have a balance of $790 due immediately or my reservation is cancelled. 199 + 790 =$989.00 no where close my quoted $540. I contact them and they say tax and gratuity make the new total accurate. I said this was never disclosed to me I would have never booked and that I wasn’t going to move forward and now they have decided to keep my $199.00 . My evening for my Son was ruined due to booklimofast informing me so late all other options were gone.

Booked this service for a funeral. Explained the situation in detail. Changes were made last minute without being notified booked a party bus got a school bus with a stripper pole instead with a swinging cabinet. I had to call to figure out that the bus we rented had a starter issue, your vehicles should be up running and maintained for a service that was booked and paid in full. Chauffeur was not personable, did not introduce themselves, did not help anyone onto the bus just stood there on his phone the entire time including my elderly grandparents and their friends. Expressed the dissatisfaction and they basically told me “but we didn’t cancel.” Ended up getting another bus okay, that driver still wasn’t personable. Both drivers were slamming on their brakes jolting us forward and my grandfather is already barely walking with back issues. We can’t redo a funeral. Nothing about this experience was luxury. If safety isn’t a concern (driving and seatbelts) and you don’t have an elderly party maybe this experience would be different but unfortunately that was not my family & I ‘s experience. This company voided our experience and didn’t even want to over a discount given all that transpired and that this was a for a funeral. Not even the drivers said “my condolences” or expressed any concern for the passengers. Make sure it wasn’t too cold or when traffic issues arose an apology followed. None of that happened. Need a service go with a bigger established company because their customer rapport isn’t important to them. I even had to ask for the deposit because they didn’t even follow up after the trip ended.

It would be more appreciated if the gratuity were optional rather than automatically added before the service is provided. Gratuity should reflect the quality of the experience, and adding it in advance feels premature. I also didn't expect that I was booking through a third-party company rather than directly with the actual bus operator. It would be helpful if this were made much clearer during the booking process to avoid confusion. That said, the driver was excellentprofessional, friendly, and made the trip enjoyable. The only downside was that the bus itself was quite old and could benefit from an upgrade.
This company canceled last minute and breached the contract! Left me with less than 24 hours to find another company for my event! Do not trust these people they are scammers!!
The booking was great. The communication on next steps. The part process was great. The payment link made it easy when I ask questions they responded. Great my daughter and her friends enjoy the little ride and the kids were delivered safely. My only challenge was with the driver and the lack of communication from the home office, even though I had made sure to make full payment the day before the event which included a 30% gratuity when the driver showed up, he asked me for final payment Then, when he dropped off the girls, he has her final payment again even though I showed him the text and the confirmation of the payments that I had sent. He said he would talk to his office. Someone then contacted me from the office and I explained to them as well. They did not want to deal with us during my daughter‘s event and that everything is taken care of. I sent them the screenshot of my communication as well as the payment and the verbiage, confirming that everything was paid in full, including the gratuity. I then got a text back saying please check the driver That’s when it went a little too far and I expressed my frustration and that I was done that all payments were paid and then I’d like to enjoy my daughter’s event and did not want to speak with that driver again Aside from that everything was great and I appreciate the availability the vehicle the service. I think it was just a matter of management not communicating with the dispatch or the driver but in the end I believe it got worked out because I got a pack. I received a text back saying that everything was taken care of sorry for the inconvenience.
