Went well above expectations, will be keeping his number for all future projects!
I contracted Boom GC for some demo work that was needed prior to countertops installation. Santiago quoted the work remotely by looking at pictures I sent him. On the day of, he texted me promptly as they were running late (Seattle traffic). The work was completed efficiently and they took care of the surroundings and cleaned up very well after. Extremely satisfied and I will be looking for them to so additional GC work when we need it.
Where do I start. Can’t thank Santiago and his team enough. They made the finished project better than I could’ve expected. They went above and beyond. Extremely meticulous with every little detail. And great price as well and honest. THANK YOU
Santiago with Boom General Contractor did amazing work! Not only did he respond and follow through with the work, the work was high quality and matched his estimates and quote. We highly recommend him for your projects!
Santiago and his crew were amazing. They went above and beyond the project and am extremely happy with how things turned out.
Job well done!
Santiago and his crew at Boom Painting was excellent. I hired them for a demolition job (removing an old moldy shed) and they did an excellent job. Took only about 3.5 hours, two contractors and was very affordable. Santiago was very professional, polite, efficient, thorough and quick to respond. I would definitely work with him again.
Santiago and his team maintained excellent communication and were able to build us a custom structure for our entryway that we love. We would hire him again and highly recommend his work.
Boom was very easy to work with, they were professional, timely, responsive, and they listened very carefully. We have a very difficult deck project, and Santiago and his team did excellent work - highly recommended. I hope to work with them again in the future!
After a heartbreakingly high quote to paint our kitchen cabinets, I impulsively sent a message to Boom through Thumbtack, and two weeks later, I have a whole new kitchen! I can’t believe how quickly we were added to the schedule. The crew was professional and hard working. I was impressed with their finishing work and the care they put into the clean up once the painting was complete. Looking forward to working with Boom in the future when we’re ready to tackle the bathrooms!
Santiago and crew are amazing. Great responsiveness and experience upfront in providing quote and walking through options for a backyard fence project. He also helped me brainstorm the best way to expand driveway walkway with nice new pavers adding an outstanding touch to the project. Thank you Santiago and Boom team!
Santiago is one of the most professional contractors I have worked with. He quickly responded to my request for a bid, and once accepted, he got my project going within a few days. At my request, he kindly got the materials at an out-of-the-way lumberyard that had a great deal on the lumber that was required. The project was completed within several days meeting my goal of having a beautiful outdoor deck for the summer. In terms of workmanship, the team did an excellent job which exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
We had the entire interior of our home painted, along with all trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and all doors. Santiago and his crew did a great job prepping the home and making sure everything was covered, then repainting everything to make it look new again. The home looks amazing now. Santiago is a great guy to work with, very receptive to feedback and very friendly. Cost was very competitive with other quotes received as well. Would recommend and hire again.
Santiago replaced a simple 12x24 30 year old (and rotting) ground level deck with beautiful cedar decking on the front of a rambler (rental) home I own. He added 2 sitting benches and two sets of stairs and clear-coated the finished product. He was on time and finished project in the timeframe he quoted and responsive during the project. The quality was great - he easily captured my idea of the new design I made a rough sketch of. I will hire him again to refinish the yard fencing and siding on the house. He does quality work and communicates throughout the project and has a great work ethic. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
Great experience working with Boom. Thanks.
Very hard worker! Honest and punctual. My new deck looks great! Will hire again!
