Abbot from Boost Air took the time to explain every step of how he diagnosed my home AC. When he found a leak somewhere in the system, he recommended replacing the unit rather than repairing it, since it would cost me less in the long run. That kind of honesty is rare. By the end of the same day, I had quotes for three different AC options. Communication was excellent throughout, Abbot gave me a clear ETA and showed up right when he said he would. Professional, transparent, and fast. I would definitely recommend Abbot and BoostAir. Cost: $99 to diagnose the issue but fee would go towards repairs/maintenance. Thank you Abbot!
