Easy to work with
I asked Alex to install two toilets. Before purchasing them, I sent him photos of the one-piece toilets from Home Depot, and he told me they would work. Based on that information, I purchased them online. After removing the old toilets, he informed me that the one-piece toilets would not fit. At that point, he did not explain the cost of going to Home Depot to purchase replacement toilets, nor did he discuss any additional service charges in advance. He did not assist with returning the original toilets, and I had to handle the returns with Home Depot myself. Some other related products I purchased could not be returned, resulting in additional time and expense. When replacement toilets were obtained, I was not provided with receipts initially. I was later told the toilets cost $94 each and that the labor charge was $650. The final amount was rounded up to $1,000 for the entire job. My concern is that the total cost and additional charges should have been clearly explained before I purchased the original toilets and before replacement toilets were obtained. Customers with a tight budget need accurate pricing upfront to avoid unexpected expenses. I also felt pressured to pay the $1,000 total before I had an opportunity to verify all charges and review the completed work. Additionally, Alex asked me to leave a 5-star review before he even came to my home for the first appointment. Please use this service at your own risk and make sure all costs, service fees, and product compatibility are confirmed in writing before work begins.
We had an emergency situation and he responded incredibly fast, which immediately put us at ease during a very stressful time. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to solving the problem the right way. The quality of his work was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was his follow-up afterward to ensure everything was still functioning properly and that we were completely satisfied. Excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship, and true professionalism. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.
