Reviews
After I posted my initial review, the owner contacted me directly, reviewed the call recordings, personally apologized for how the situation was handled, and took responsibility for the experience. He also offered to complete the light installation at no charge, which I sincerely appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but what stands out to me is how a company responds when they fall short. I appreciate the professionalism, accountability, and willingness to make things right. That level of customer service speaks volumes, and I’m grateful they took the time to address my concerns.
Professional interaction. I only got an estimate, but decided ogo with aother company based on pricing.
I highly recommend Boswell Electric! Ronnie was incredibly professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process of evaluating my home’s electrical panel replacement. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable in my home. It’s not often you receive this level of customer service, and I truly appreciated Ronnie’s honesty, expertise, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a company you can trust with your electrical needs, Boswell Electric is the one to call. Thank you, Ronnie, for providing such outstanding service! ★★★★★
On time, identified the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. Easy to work with, reasonable rates and would hire them again. Will recommend them to my neighbors. I liked everything about them.
