The team at Botanical was responsive, professional and were easy to work with. I am very satisfied with the Turf installation project they did for me.

Got stuck in traffic, didn’t let me know he wasn’t coming. I messaged him and he said he turned around. Asked if we could do this weekend. I said 11 Sunday…no show again. Glad I found out how unreliable they were before wasting my time and money.
We were extremely nervous to get turf but it beat all of our expectations. It is so beautiful and so thankful we found botanical landscape management. They were so awesome and made my little backyard a dream!!
Very satisfied with the work done. The owner was responsive and the crew was very professional. Began work when promised, arrived on time and worked all day. My yard is pretty close to maintenance free now and it looks so good! Very glad I chose them and have no problem recommending them!
Very quick response to my inquiry, appt was set right away and a very detailed estimate was provided , very pleased
Very professional. Little slow to respond but once they did; it was all peaches and cream and I now have a beautiful patio.
Excellent customer service. They are ready to go but I have had to put it hold as the Association wants to do some work on my fence.
I am very pleased with the work. Fingers crossed that the sod takes in the coming weeks. But everything looks great now.
Paul and his assistant, Chris, did a beautiful job installing synthetic turf in our townhouse "backyard". Before that, we had only mulch there, which was messy and our two dogs did not like it. The turf is beautiful and the dogs couldn't be happier if it was real grass. Wish we had ordered more of the turf because when we first contracted with Paul, we had planned to leave mulch beds all around the perimeter, but then changed our minds. We decided we would rather cover the whole area with the turf - our mistake, not Paul's. We would definitely hire him and his company again.
