I haven't had work done yet but we're on the same page and can't wait. On phone was professional and informative.
So far they've ricked the professionalism, responsiveness and being on time. I"m sure their work will match it!
Box completed the work 100% and fid final walkthrough with no issues.
I am very happy with the added cabinets, coffee bar, new quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. My kitchen looks brighter and happier, making it a joy to work in it. I also love the LVP flooring that replaced the carpet in the bedrooms. They matched it well with the LVP already in the living spaces. There was excellent communication relating to schedules, materials, concerns and questions. I would recommend Box Construction to anyone needing home improvement.
Box Construction is the real deal. Steve and his team use the latest project management software to keep you informed and keep the project on track. They got the job done quickly, beautifully, and within budget. If there were new costs it was because of changes I requested. Steve and his team (I worked mainly with Rob and Chad) communicated frequently and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really felt like they cared about me and my project, and that they wanted to do everything they could to meet or exceed my expectations -- which they did. Thank you Steve and team!!
Box Construction during a crisis is who you should contact. We had a roof leak while under quarantine and within hours we had the job inspected, quoted, finished, and paid for. Military friendly and straightforward. They just get things done. Not only that, but they searched for way that I might get a discount based on my profession. You get the sense that they’re looking out for you. Honestly cannot wait to have them out for our bathroom project. Will review them then, too.
Great job at a great price. Power washed roof and house. Looks like new. See photos below of during and after
Fantastic service. Showed up on time, had a clean, friendly crew that you knew you could trust from first sight. Contractor was very knowledgeable and I would hire them again tomorrow.
Stephen was awesome!! He did such a great and fast job on removing all my old carpet. He's nice, honest, and efficient and his prices were super reasonable. I would definitely hire Stephen again for all my home improvement projects. Also, his communication was superb! 10/10!
