Wellington and Prince came on time and helped install a ring doorbell and camera in my home. They were super fast and efficient. The cameras I had were not working properly but Wellington helped me troubleshoot to the best of his abilities and we found a backup option. I had some issues arise after they left and he still answered all my questions and helped to get back up and running. Highly recommend!
There were multiple instances where appointment windows were missed or changed last minute, and after the final scheduled appointment, I did not receive any follow-up or update after being told there was a car issue. Professional communication and reliability are very important when scheduling services, especially when customers are rearranging their schedules to accommodate appointments. While I understand unexpected situations happen, I would have appreciated more proactive communication, consistency, and a clearer plan for resolving the issue.

tech showed up 2 hours late for service and then said he'd be back the next day at 11 am. I called at 11:30 asking if they were still coming and they said they had to make a stop at home depot for something and would arrive shortly. At 12:30 they text saying they would be there soon and tried to use home depot as the excuse again so I canceled.
Wellington and his team did an exceptional job installing my home security cameras. They were on time, very professional, and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were quickly responsive when I had a question about operating my system a few weeks after the installation was completed. I will use them again for future work. I encourage you to hire them.
The guys showed up and got the job done. I had a Ring camera that needed to be hardwired. I showed them where I wanted it and they handled it.
Hired to install 3 security cameras, charged me $300.00, showed where I wanted the wires ran on the side of window and down to conceal the wire, he ran through my wooden window frame and split my wood and in the back of the house did not follow where to run wires, or where to drill. I didn’t check until the next day because I was busy, but he left a drill behind and had to come back to pick it up, advised him of the crappy work he did and he refunded me $50.00 so I can fix my window frame. Seemed like a trustworthy guy but proved different

The team was competent, confident, and very responsive to our wants and needs -- such that I felt like they were applying their expertise to my project! Wellington did an excellent job with troubleshooting and repairing our ring doorbell. He also installed our ring flood light camera with meticulous detail. I would absolutely recommend him for your electrical needs.

Home owner/renter BEWARE. I had put out a request for electrical and wiring and this group accepted. When they came out they said they weren’t electricians and only did wiring. Since they came from Philly I felt bad sending right back and asked them to Mount my TV. BIG MISTAKE. I discussed what I was looking to have done. I come down to check in and they had cut 3 holes into my new wall. They did go to Home Depot to get a faceplate for me but it didn’t work. They tried to glue things to the wall instead of using the brackets. Use power tools to tighten my pass throughs and ripped additional holes into the wall. I’ve never been more displeased and full of anger ever. NOT TO MENTION they refused on talking price until it was done. Ultimately I have removed all of the items they installed. Purchased new ones and now have to patch the walls. 1st 2 pics are if their work. 3rd pic of what I just finished How they are rated so high blows my mind. I’d get options before going forward with them

Nice people. I had a Ring doorbell installed on aluminum siding and a Ring floodlight installed on the garage. I set up both devices in the Ring app before they arrived, and that made the installation very quick and easy.
The owner called me letting me know that he was running late, I said okay ill will be home, I was getting 2 professional cameras that I Bought installed on my house, & I told him how & where I wanted them installed, I showed him my cameras & my NVR that I had, before he installed my cameras he wanted to see if the cameras was working, & the quality of them, they was working.His son came & installed cameras, he was nice & professional he made sure that we knw how to work the app on me & my husband cellphones, He hooked it up so we can see it in our TV, I will continue to use him for all my cameras needs & Electronic needs.
I had a pleasant experience. They were fast and friendly. Also stuck around and explained how to use my new install. I really appreciate their help
