Ben rewired a doorbell that was not working, and within a month my tenants told me the doorbell was still not ringing consistently and that the downstair’s neighbor’s doorbell was ringing. They had missed several packages as a result. He came back to check the issue and said the doorbell was fine and there were no problems. My tenants told me the wiring was still off, and that while the downstairs neighbor had not complained about the doorbell, they had missed several packages because the doorbell was not ringing. I contacted Ben and he never responded. Total waste of time and money, and I had to hire another electrician to actually fix the problem.

Ben is incredibly efficient.First, he responded to me right away.Second, he diagnosed the problem just from my description.Then, he gave me a flat quote almost immediately.He came the next afternoon and fixed the fixture.
Got back to me minutes after submitting a request via text. He was able to guide me through what seemed to be a simple issue with the power in our bathroom, saving me a lot of time and money trying to hire someone to come to the house. I will keep them in mind for future electrical needs and highly recommend!
Ben from BPB Electric came out to our residence to investigate a partial power outage in our home. He arrived on Saturday within a couple hours on the same day we contacted him. He was professional and courteous and was able to identify the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend BPB for any electrical needs.
