Ben was great and professional, did an amazing job and I would definitely hire again.
Ben gave me a peace of mind. I recently purchased a new stove and was concerned that I smelled a faint gas smell. Ben came out and confirmed that the installation of my new stove was done correctly and that there weren't any gas leaks. He also checked plumbing in one of my bathrooms and discovered that my toilet has a leak and needs replacing. I look forward to working with Ben on future home improvements.
Very kind and punctual guy. Definitely recommend him
Ben at BQ came and installed a water filter for my home. He was quick and walked me through the job before he did it. He told me how to troubleshoot and even answered a few questions I had about other plumbing issues I was having.
Excellent. They came promptly and on time to troubleshoot/assess my problem. Kind, professional and they definitely know their stuff. Very trustworthy. I’m glad I found this company and am glad to have them on my speed dial for any more future fixes.
When you want the job done right, use Ben. Not only is he professional but everything is done the way it’s supposed to be done first time. I had a gas line to a bbq put in and Ben realized that there was a pipe that wasn’t anywhere near the bbq that wasn’t painted properly. After he was done with the job he went out of his way to make sure the pipe was painted properly. The original work for the BBQ was great but it’s that extra that sets Ben apart from the rest. Great Work, professional and an overall great guy. You really can’t go wrong.
Came out the same day to fix leaky kitchen sink pipe. Replaced the pipes with no problems, good communication about the work being done. Professional and easy going. Will definitely hire this pro again!
My plumber was awesome! I would definitely use him for all of my jobs, recommend him to friends, and the quality of work is superb. I went to shake his hand when he left but instead gave a big hug. Ben has become an instant family member. He explained the entire process and reassured me several times ….many times, everything will work. My emergency happened on Easter morning, and he was the only person who responded then showed up the next day to inspect! Awesome! Issues ( both on the same day ) bathroom sink drain disconnected completely from sink, Ben did a quick repair to hold before his return. Replaced all pipes and connections as well as moved hose to a better drainage position….amazing work!! Major issue: tub had a slight drip which now was making a water mark on kitchen ceiling. I knew any plumber would have to cut it open ( that began leaking Easter also!,) the pipes were all clogged with gunk……HE explained he would have to cut open another section of the wall and that’s when I shut down. Ben became my therapist explaining in detail what would happen if it wasn’t done. Upon completion, he even drilled the sheet rock back so I didn’t have a huge hole in my kitchen. Everything was tested for 2 hours and Ben again reviewed everything that was done! He is our platinum plumber!! Thank you again! Jackie and family.
Very responsible and on time
Ben was the only pro that seemed to care. He was responsive, came on time and helped me. He made sure I was satisfied with his work, explained to me the issue and the repair. He was was reasonably priced. I will hire Ben again
He was prompt and professional. He was honest with me from the beginning with the time frame he could complete the job which was important to me
Ben came as scheduled, took care of my gas line issue in a timely manner and tested for leaks. I have a few more projects so will utilize their services again.
Ben is very professional, arrived on time and his work was top notch. I had a gas line and touch faucet installed. Along with the installation he provided suggestions regarding additional plumbing in my home that may require future maintenance. I will definitely utilize his company for any future repairs.
Great job by the BQ Team. Came quickly and remedied the situation ,will definitely recommend them and gladly call them again for any plumbing related issues.
Very personable young man. He went out and bought a replacement faucet for my bathroom, installed it and replaced a bathtub drain that wouldn't close.
Ben was very professional and helpful fixing my sink. Will do business again.
Ben was very professional. He assessed the job and proceeded with a plan. He was very personable and answered questions very well. I would definitely recommend him to complete any job. My stove is now working properly and he tested to make sure there were no gas leaks. I now feel safe to use my range. Thanks Ben!
