This Company was slow to respond. Had a scheduled appointment for 10- 12. Received a text message that they were running late. So the next appointment was for 1:30-2:00pm Agreed for that time. They were late showing up for that second appointment. I informed the service man that you were late with no call. The serviceman was rude and inconsiderate and says, “ok, but I’m here now. And how are you gonna pay for the services.” I told him no. Sarah. I am not paying for anything you were late. There was no call and you did not perform a service for me. I was informed that it was a free inspection. Why would I pay for an incompetency? Why would I pay for a service that didn’t happen? I was told from the company that it was a free estimate for a chimney sweep. Please do not use this Company. I should’ve known it was gonna start off bad when they never got back with me and was slow to respond.
