We originally reached out to have Chanin build a pergola we had purchased. While we were waiting for it to ship, he stated he would be able to build us what we wanted for less than the cost of the pergola we bought. We went ahead and canceled our order and met with him to go over the plan. When the day came for him to start, he was over an hour late with no communication. He then took 45 minutes to unload his saw and 4 pieces of wood. He then finally knocked on the door and asked for the deposit (which was more than 50% of the total cost). He took over 6 hours to go buy the materials, also with no communication until we reached out. When he finally started building, he was late again, and the pergola was over a foot lower than what we wanted, leaving the top at 6'1", which would be impossible for many adults to pass under. There was also a beam right in the middle of the window, completely blocking the view. When this was brought up and asked to change, he became rude and hostile. We obviously knew we'd have to pay for the adjustment, but he was still very rude and unprofessional about it. He stated he is in the black $37.35 and has some materials he is not able to return. We have tried to fire him, but he still thinks we will be working with him and not returning the money or materials he was not able to return. I would not recommend him to anyone. Update: Since writing the review, he has become increasingly hostile and unprofessional. 1) There was never a witness when we communicated with him. He brought a guy to help him on his one day of building. 2) We sent him the link of what we originally purchased, which included measurements. We had carefully measured before purchasing that it wouldn't block the window. He was just to replicate that item. It should be the job of the "professional" to communicate if he is unable to build the thing we wanted. It is his job to foresee these issues and communicate/problem solve them. He did not build what we wanted to the specifications laid out. Additionally, these pictures depict what him and his friend "who is more of a professional than him" (his words) were able to complete in one day. The next picture is the wood left behind. That cannot be worth $2500. Additionally, he has a discrepancy in his calculations, and owes us even more money (but we have yet to actually see the Amazon purchases. Who is to say he didn't just go on a spending spree?). Just read the screenshots and decide for yourself if you want to use him for your services.

I highly recommend Chanin! It's really hard to find a reliable handyman when you're not local to the area. It’s a great help that he accepts checks, since we aren't on-site and cannot pay in cash. Communicating with Chanin is seamless, we easily coordinate through text messages, and he always gets the job done. Even though we couldn't be there to see his work in person, he sent plenty of pictures, which gave us complete peace of mind that the job was taken care of properly. He will definitely be our go to handyman for our Airbnb from now on!

Chanin was wonderful. He is affordable and does great work. We had a very diverse and long handyman list and he was able to accomplish it all in the same day. We will definitely be using him again for our next projects.
Excellent work by Chanin. He installed double door blinds, closet organizer, and curtain rods in my Centralia home. Also removed old baby safety locks and replaced door locks. He advised me on tools needed for future jobs and actually listened with no rush. Showed up on time, charged fair pricing, and cleaned up after himself. Professional, respectful, and quality work. I would recommend him to anyone. He does an excellent job.
Owner Craig King installed an Aquasana whole house water filtration system. The project was not simple and needed to be installed in a small area. Craig (Channon) was professional, knowledgeable, and purposeful with this project. Excellent work and he was still able to leave room in the water heater cabinet where it was installed for additional storage. We are in a rural area of Pacific County so Aquasana didn't have anyone that would service our area. Brady Builders was able to the job and I highly recommend them. Fair pricing, on-time work and excellent construction.
