Excellent service, very knowledgeable and fair price!
They were able to fit us in right away and fixed our clog. Highly recommend
He came in and did the job, it was quality work and no mess left behind
Was notified in advance of Tyler’s arrival, and after analyzing the task request, he got to work quickly. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Very pleased with the whole process: my communications with Brainer Plumbing and the end result of having a grab bar installed next to my shower. A very nice experience with this company and its representatives!
I recently had a clogged drain in my kitchen that ended up stopping up my tub with an awful black/brown water at the same time. Brainer let me know that they would be out between 3 and 6 (same day!) but Jameson actually got there around 12:30/1. He quickly diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain in my tub, and was finished up working in about 30-45minutes. Super fast, super reliable. He was a really nice guy and answered all my questions, even though they were really elementary, and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. Also, Jeanie was the nicest customer service rep. I called even after I had inquired on Thumbtack on a Sunday. Admittedly, I was being a bit impatient—not with the company, just because panic set in. (this was my first time having a plumbing issue as a first time homeowner). She calmed my fears and was so nice about getting me an appointment set up. I would highly recommend Brainer!
Came earlier than scheduled Fixed the issue within 30mins Thank you again
Tim was very professional and did a great job. You will not be disappointed if you hire Brainer Plumbing! I will hire them again when needed. Very satisfied with the work and the price.
Jamie was very courteous and kept me informed as to their time of arrival. This was my first experience with Brainer and they showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had a blockage in my sewer system that caused a backup in my laundry room and shower. They found the blockage promptly and showed me, via camera, where it was. They were able to dislodge it without going into the system to do so. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick. I will definitely give them a call with future issues!
Started on the project and didn't stop until it was completed great job, but a little pricey
Robert was our technician and he was really well informing of our problem so that we can prevent the issue in the future. I would recommend to anyone.
Personable, punctual and quickly able to diagnose the issue!
