He was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. My HVAC system is working perfectly again, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. The tech showed up an hour earlier than scheduled but let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional during the whole process. He let me know exactly what the issue could be as he troubleshooted. He didn't try to up sell. He got my old system up and running in less than an hour and the charge was reasonable. I will definitely be calling to have the system replaced at a later date. I'm thankful !!!!
Kelly and his team showed up on time did a good install of Rheem AC with heat pump, they cleaned up after themselves. Work product was of good quality. Will use them again for future projects.

Heat stopped working. Mr. Varnado responded quick, Did the job on a Sunday during a storm with no hesitation, professional, found the issue with no problem and got it done fast and on time.

Came out on two occassions within a 48 hour period to fix what ended up being two separate issues. Was courteous, VERY responsive through calls and text messaging, and his work was top notch. He didn't try to push anything that wasn't needed and was honest and up front about things needed now and things needed soon without any worry about having to do the "soon" part right now.
