The flooring in the basement very clearly does not match what I had. This is a huge problem. The gym flooring I overlaps and has huge gaps, it looks horrible. It’s not cohesive whatsoever. The painting in my bedroom splattered all over my carpet is in multiple different spots, and there is dust on literally everything in both my basement and in my room. Typically, people cover people’s belongings with plastic/cloth so that these things don’t happen. There are also dust and handprints all over door knobs and doors. I now have to pay somebody else even more money to fix a lot of these problems. The flooring I picked out for a bedroom matched perfectly, even when I was told it wouldn’t. I was not told that the gray flooring picked was extremely different than the gray flooring I already had down there before permanently laying it. There is so much that I’m upset about. I would really like some of my money refunded…. Because now I have to pay someone to fix a bunch of these mistakes—and some are possibly not even fixable. I left an amazing review before they offered to “fix everything“— which did not happen. There has been no apologies or remorse for the damage of my stuff, and I feel I overpaid for the service I got.
