Easy to communicate, friendly and great work!
These guys were/are ultimate professionals in every sense of the word. I've been retired from the military for nearly 30 years but this is the first time I've run across civilians who exhibit the same type of professionalism I was familiar with in the military! They are my go to contractors from now on!
The team did a great job putting down concrete. We passed CO with no problem. Thanks Brickworks!
Timely service and constant communication.
Very nice guys emailed me back quickly gave me a price after I sent photos came out only a few days later and did a quality job
The crew did an amazing job! Looks great!
I can't say enough about Larry and his crew, Matt and Q! They took a dilapidated stoop and reimagined it to not only be sturdy, but aesthetically pleasing just as I requested!!! Would definitely recommend Larry for all masonry, etc. needs!!!!!
Give them a try!
It went good The pricing was fair They were responsive and on time They did a good job
Amazing work and really nice workers. They did exactly what I asked for and made it look perfect.
great xperince start to finish. will use again highly recommended!
I reached out on behalf of a real estate client to request a masonry quote. Larry responded by stating there was a $450 minimum without first asking for details about the project. When I asked for a formal estimate to share with my client, he declined and said he wouldn’t go through the hassle for “$400,” then ended the call abruptly. Unfortunately, this interaction lacked professionalism and basic customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.
BrickWorks was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. From the beginning, their team asked detailed questions and had me take photos so they could better understand the issue. They were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of both me and my property. Their communication was excellent, and I appreciated how proactive they were in making sure they fully understood the situation before moving forward. The pricing was fair and comparable to others, which made the experience even better. Overall, the level of professionalism and customer service really stood out. I will definitely be hiring BrickWorks again for another job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great job repairing my steps. Quick response, quality work, and very professional. Highly recommend.
We called Brickworks concrete and masonry because our front steps were crumbling and our back steps had a big drop down from the door. Laurence responded to my request. He reviewed all of our options and we hired him. Laurence and his teammate Matt came out in a couple of days while the weather was much better. They rebuilt our back steps and added a concrete pad also and repaired our front. It looks great. I wish I had taken a picture of the front steps before they were repaired, they were aweful but I do have the back steps before and after. Don't look at the rail, it's short and needs replacing but I did not have the new one in time so I asked to have the old one back for safety. I definitely recommend them, we are very happy with the outcome. Laurence gave us our instructions on when to use the steps and explained about the concrete curing time.
Thank you thumbtack for recommending this company their availability and professionalism helped make my wall look like new again
Larry and his work crew were awesome! They arrived on time, charged a fair and reasonable price, completed the job as agreed, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work quality. I will definitely be hiring them again.
Kept in touch work was clean when he left
Matt was excellent in the work he completed for us. After having someone e not show 2times it’s refreshing to have someone keep their word. He was efficient, explained what he was going to do, kept the area clean, cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend Brickworks and would use this company again if I needed to.
