At Bright Home Cleaning, our role is to connect clients with experienced cleaning professionals in their area. We do not personally perform the cleaning services. I am Adriana, and I handle customer service, estimates, scheduling assistance, and the initial communication with each client. Based on the client’s location, needs, and availability, I search within our network for the professional who is the best fit. Our network includes independent cleaners, registered cleaning companies, insured professionals, and both English-speaking and limited-English-speaking professionals. The cleaning professionals hire us to help them with customer acquisition, scheduling, and client communication, since many of them spend most of their day working and managing their schedules. The professionals pay us for this service. Clients do not pay Bright Home Cleaning. Any cleaning price agreed upon through this platform is paid directly to the cleaning professional or cleaning company assigned to the service. Our goal is to make the connection between clients and reliable cleaning professionals simple, clear, and convenient.
