I hired him through Thumbtack to repair a broken window pane, and he was quick to respond, fair with pricing, and did excellent work. Really nice guy, too. I’m already planning to hire him for future projects and would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs.

I had a great experience with Bright Point Windows! The repairman was very responsive, professional, and did an excellent job. They gave me a very reasonable price and kept me informed throughout the entire process, including the expected timeline, when the window would be ordered and shipped, and when it would arrive. They also did a great job working with me to schedule the installation at a convenient time. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Bright Point Windows to anyone who needs window repair or replacement. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent communication!
