Job: 3 br, 2 bath home. Extra for a deep clean. Extra for oven clean. Stated time allotted 3 to 4 hours. Cost $280. With focus on bathrooms and kitchen floor tile and outside of the kitchen cupboards. Ver short version, Actual time spent, 7.5 hours on kitchen and bathrooms, plus mop of entryway floor. At one point she even stated ' this was her first time' the agency rebuttled she'd been with them many years and the cleaner said she'd been cleaning for years, but my confidence is low, I don'teven like the customer service. She offered to return, but I ended the day. She appeared to be working hard as she was drenched in sweat, I had the a/c to 72 and fans on. She was often checking her to-do list or replying to check-ins that she's not done yet. She offered to return, but I was not happy. She was ill equipped as an experienced professional cleaner, let alone for the tasks asked for. i.e: no oven cleaner for an oven cleaning I paid extra for, and performed most of the tasks (if at all) subpar. Ok, the first bathroom was rather well done, the microwave and cupboards were noticeably sparkly. As per the communications with the cleaning service via Thumbtack. I was assured of services in the morning, yet the agent tried to deny services in the evening until I brought up screenshot. I do not trust this cleaning service and would not want their help, even after I was finally offered a reclean, which I'd have to tip her too. I was and still am too tired to deal with the nit picking, moving and selling a home is a ton of work and stress. I sure wish I'd had thier full help. I hate this has been on my mind, but I was jipped $300 and I hate to just write it off. A partial refund is the right thing to do, but I am done thinking about now that Ive released it with this review. If amends are made, I will update this review. Good riddance BWCS.
