Clemente was awesome! He responded to my request immediately and was able to come the next morning to fix our carpet. We had two areas that needed to be patched and re-stretched due to some construction. He patched the area beautifully - you can’t even tell there is a seam there. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. We will definitely use him again.

Clemente was so responsive to my request. He was kind, helpful, got me worked in to his schedule quickly and did great work. We will definitely use his services again!
Clemente did an amazing job. His cheerful whistling made it all the better. We ended up using a section of carpet from the closet to patch the holes. He cut the edges of the larger hole and then used the excess to patch the smaller hole. He then patched the hole in the closet with a similar carpet he had on hand. The work was even better than I expected.
Highly recommend! They came out right away and did an amazing job stretching and cleaning our carpets. The difference was incredible, the wrinkles are gone, and the carpets look fresh and like new again. They were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Highly recommend working with Brilliant Mind Flooring. He responded right away and had a quote for me, was able to come first thing the next morning, and showed up exactly on time. He does quality work and Wood have him come back for any future work.
Clemente was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job and it looks great!
Clemente was fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and professional. He was quick and it looks amazing. Use him for cleaning or any carpet repair. You won't be disappointed!
I need translations done and vinyl flooring laid. He did a great job.
Clemente and Clay did a great job fixing a patch of carpet ruined by my cats and re-stretching of my living room carpet. They were in and out within the hour without sacrificing the quality of their work. The new patch is barely noticeable, if at all. Thank you guys!
Clemente is very professional and takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.
What a pro! Clemente fixed my floors that I had installed 6 months ago. The contractor who originally installed my floor told me that buckling and soft spots were normal and that it would settle over time. That didn’t happen and it got worse so I knew I needed someone else to come out. Clemente explained the process and repaired the floor to how it should look/feel. I am so grateful that he responded to the inquiry. I would highly recommend, he did an absolutely amazing job. 5 stars!!!
These guys did a great job with my carpet job. They were very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process and did great, thorough work.
What these guys can do with carpet is Magic. We had a flood and the flood guys aggressively ripped out the carpet. The Brilliant Mind Flooring guys took our carpet and put it back in better than it was installed originally. The jagged cut seems completely disappeared. They also gave it a professional clean for a small fee. So happy we chose these guys. Couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks guys you saved us a fortune in new carpet!
The project was relatively small, but Clemente and his crew treated it, and me I should add, as tho it was a major one. They were punctual and very professional. The project was completed in a very timely manner and the cleanup was impeccable. There was an issue with some damage to the drywall in a small enclosed space and Clemente saw to it that it was professionally repaired before the end of the day. The new carpet looks perfect and I could not be happier with the experience overall. I would definitely recommend this contractor.
Clemente couldn’t have been more helpful. We had him come back and clean some of our carpets as well. We will be using him in the future again.
Great service... thank you for responding so quickly and doing a great job!
Was very rude because I mistakenly clicked “carpet installation” instead of “carpet repair”. I would have happily reimbursed him for the extra cost and was even going to give a bonus to rush the work. Lost my business.
Everything about working with Brilliant Mind Floor Services was a win for us. I put out my job on Thumbtack, and he was here the very next morning. Not only did he fix our carpet problem, but he shampooed all the carpet in the basement, all for less than what I thought it was going to cost me just for the reason I put out the job in the first place. And he was finished with both in only a couple of hours. We had stressed out about it for a couple of weeks, but once he was finished, we were both shaking our heads at how nice and easy he made it for us. I will definitely call him again for anything carpet related. He is now my #1 carpet cleaner.
Awesome Pro, 100% recommendable, I will use them again.
Very pleased. They were very easy to work with. Pricing was great. I’d use them again.
