We scheduled an in-home walkthrough for Tuesday afternoon. After leaving multiple messages to confirm the exact time, he didn't reply until 1:05 PM the day of the visit to announce that no one was available. Extremely poor communication and wasted my day. Look elsewhere if you need someone punctual and reliable.
