Our 2023 reviews were due to turnover. We now have a very reliable team. Brookings Best is a local, family owned and operated Deck Contractor started by Myself (Yuri) and my brother (Robin). With backgrounds in construction, customer service, and IT going back to our childhood building an addition on our home, a log room, a garage, and a feed room onto the barn, we have the experience required to bring your vision to life or help guide the way. Our primary services include: Deck Installations/Repairs/Staining Our approach to achieving customer satisfaction is through proper prior planning, thorough communication, integrity, professionalism, and timely solutions. I had my deck restrained by Brookings Best. Yuri, Seth, and Steve were a class act. They handled all my questions and concerns and treated me fairly. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced. I recommend them and will be using them in the future
Brookings Best removed my old chain link fence and install a 6ft high privacy vinyl fence. They were quick, professional, and highly experienced. My side lot is on a slight downhill and it did not cause any problems for them. I highly recommend them.
Scheduled and agreed to move on June 19th for July 31st. I texted July 27th to make sure it is still on, received no response 47.5 hours later. Saw the last review that this happened to someone else as well, being ghosted by this company. It wouldn’t let me leave a 0/5 rating, or else I would.
No communication, just would stop answering. Did not call or follow up on day schedule for appointments to cancel or anything. No messages or calls at all. Just ghosted. Unprofessional and waste of time
Yuri and company are the best that you’ll find in the Pittsburgh area. I posted a job request (to hang several paintings, mount a TV, and put together a bath cabinet) and received a response within an hour. I got a very reasonable quote and the team came the next day. Three people arrived on time and were very communicative about their exact arrival time. (They even offered to take their shoes off, which was greatly appreciated) We went item by item and the team confirmed with me if that was the desired height of hanging for each object. After confirmation, they then got to work and were very efficient. Not to mention they cleaned up all the drilling residue of mounting and removed the packaging of the items I had. I will definitely be calling them back if I have anymore jobs that need to be done in the house. The team is super friendly, respectful, and they have affordable pricing. They stayed true to their original quote price too!!

I am so glad that we chose Brookings Best! Yuri and Dioine were such a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. These guys are highly trained and perform exceptional work. I would definitely recommend and re-hire them. I was originally looking to hire a professional picture hanger. They hung numerous works of art and pictures to perfection. They also installed a new ceiling fan, placed items on my ceiling shelf and assembled a new lift chair.
My husband and I are currently preparing our home for another little one. I'm at a stage in my pregnancy where I want everything old out, and everything new in!! Yuri provided us with the best, responsive and professional service we will always appreciate. We wanted a last minute cord hiding with our TV mounted, and Yuri without any doubt was able to take care of it for us with no hassle. Our four year old also enjoyed Yuri and his welcoming personality. Very kind, respectful and honest. If it were up to us we would give him more than 5 stars!!! I'm so excited about the furniture coming in this week, can't wait to see how it all turns out.
