Gave me thorough quotation for job
I was genuinely impressed by this company's flexibility; they made scheduling my roof repair effortless and worked around my busy calendar. Although another contractor arrived before them, I could see firsthand their professionalism and commitment to customer service. Based on this experience, I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing help!
Took a while but work now complete satisfactorily. would use again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brushers came out the same day to inspect our chimney after we discovered wasps in the fireplace. They quickly removed all active wasps and sealed every potential entry point to prevent it from happening again. The team was extremely professional, responsive, and made the whole process so easy. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend Brushers to anyone needing chimney or pest-related help!
Our dryer vents through the roof. They showed us pictures of before and after their work. Everything they said made a lot of sense and even though we can't tell if it will continue to work okay, we believe it will based on their explanations. It was a major problem and cost more than we'd expected, but their price was fair for the amount of work done, and we are glad to have had Brushers Chimneys to be so prompt in doing it.
They wanted to do a big production I wanted a affordable fix
Brusher’s installed a duct for me in my old town home where a few other HVAC guys said it would be too difficult or gave me the runaround. Our tech Ivan was able to quickly spot a viable solution and get the install done which included 25ft+ of ducting through narrow passage and all the patch work involved. Best part is that they showed up when they said they would and got the job done swiftly in just two days meeting my timeline and exceeding my expectations overall. The receptionist/scheduler also had communication on point. Recommend them for a smooth and professional experience.
I just had an amazing experience with this company. My technician name was Zalman. He came, explained and answered all my questions. They fit me with a new cap, done a deep cleaning with firebox restoration. I now feel safe with my newly restored fireplace. I will definitely recommend to friends and family
This company was amazing to work with!! Super responsive. The tech they sent, Zalman was very patient in explaining what was wrong with my chimney and what needed to be done to repair it. I am super pleased with the final result and I can now breathe easy knowing my chimney is clean and safe to use.
Our chimney cap blew off in the Hurricane and it got dinged a little bit. We asked 3 vendors on Thumbtack to give us a quote to fix it. Here are their quotes- Josh’s Chimney and Duct Services - $1400 Brushers Chimneys - $1450 Fresh Air Duct Cleaning - $200
They came out at the exact time they said they would. Cleaned out our chimney quickly and did a great job! Would definitely ask them to come out again
Punctual and professional crew that took care of wood fireplace restoration and deep chimney cleaning. We would certainly call upon their service again.
Perfect
The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were very nice, my questions were answered and they did not get agitated with all the questions. They welcomed the questions. They even answered questions after the service was complete.
Did a fast and quality job. Appreciated their ability to assess the situation and get to work same-day.
