Booked appointment for Saturday at 2 pm, which was confirmed by text on Friday at 4 pm. Bryant’s never showed up on Saturday and failed to let me know they couldn’t make it. They attempted to reschedule only after I texted them that they ghosted me.

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely disappointed with this service. I specifically requested pet hair removal because my vehicle had a significant amount of dog hair throughout it. I was told that over 2.5 hours were spent vacuuming the vehicle because of the excessive amount of hair. Unfortunately, based on the condition of my vehicle when it was returned, I have a hard time understanding how it was considered completed. There is still an excessive amount of dog hair throughout the seats, carpet, and other areas of the vehicle. The center console and gear-shift area were also still visibly dirty, and the vehicle did not appear to have received the thorough detailing I paid for. I understand that excessive pet hair can be difficult and time-consuming to remove. However, pet hair removal was specifically requested, and if additional time or cost was necessary to properly complete the job, that should have been communicated to me before considering the service finished. I was offered another 30 minutes of vacuuming afterward, but unfortunately, I shouldn’t have to continue arranging additional cleaning for a service I already paid for. I now have to pay another detailing company to properly clean and remove the remaining pet hair from my vehicle. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the service and the fact that I paid for a professional detail but was left with a vehicle that still visibly needed to be cleaned. One star because I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
Beware. Horrible , some of it was good some not. I should have checked better before they left. I only looked at passenger side.. door jams not done. tire rims half ass clean. 3rd row seat done cleaned. I even went out and redid the door dash and spot cleaned the carpet on the back of the seats. 200 for what? come on. offered 10 refund come on , 40 at least.
Ed was great, they showed up on time, Parked near my vehicle and got everything cleaned and professionally detailed, quick and easy.
Hands down one of the best! Highly recommend! My car looks absolutely amazing inside and out. The attention to detail was incredible, every surface was spotless, the shine was perfect, and my car honestly looks brand new again on the inside. Professional, on time, and great customer service from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be booking again!
