They were very professional and friendly. Cleaned out my underground rain gutter drains. They even called me later in the day with some thoughts about future care for them.
David came out to my house again and left again without a job fulfilled. This time he left early so was unable to fix my issue. Whats my issue?? Spaghetti noodles down a garbage disposal. They never fixed still have sitting water in my sink AFTER husband fixed the piping they said was broken. Then they give me a refund but guess what.....that dont come till monday on my card. So in short i could have paid someone else 150$ and would be able to use my sink all weekend. Now i have a family of five and 2 days worth of dishes stacking up. This makes me mad. I feel like it was a shame on me for rehiring them. But they fixed the first one and refused to come out this time but refunded me but still left me with no sink to use at all. I will NEVER use them again

Came when he said he was. Took time to evaluate. Informed homeowner of problems to be addressed. Worked efficiency w/out wasting time. Did what he said he was going to do and then some as a preventative. Would (play to) have Josh back in the future.
