After researching and speaking with other pest control companies Bug Flip was the only one that was Professional and Sincere. Received a prompt reply. A service appointment was scheduled and received within a short time. Grant was very professional and gave a detailed explanation of service prior to spraying. In addition, he answered all of our questions. Overall, the excellent customer service, price value, professionalism and on going service on a monthly basis is the BEST. I would highly recommend Bug Flip Pest Control.

Carl, through his thoughtfulness and kindness, made a grown woman cry with his generosity. I can't thank him enough for what he did for Sharon. May God bless and keep you and yours safe.
