I wanted to support this company! Unfortunately after trying multiple times to simply set an appointment to enlist their services. I was told I would get a call back and didn't! I even tried once again and received the same treatment! I'm big on customer service and they had very positive reviews..... Maybe those were the individuals who actually got service!

They called me 15 minutes before arriving. And after evaluating the problem they had the time to get everything done at the moment. Reasonable price and as soon as they were done I got an email receipt in details of the work done.

Didn’t end up proceeding with full excursion however had a great, initial experience with this company and would highly recommend them! Had a rat die in our wall; the odor quickly permeated our home and got my 2 year old sick! Acted quickly and had to call another local company to remove the rat. Jamerson responded immediately. His employee, Lavon, came over was VERY professional, respectful and informative! The quote he gave me was very competitive. Would I recommend this company? In a NY minute!!!!
