If I could give this company negative five stars, I would. The professional agreed to a same-day appointment, contacted me promptly to confirm, and requested a slightly later time. I agreed. However, when the appointment time passed, no one called, texted, or even emailed through the app to inform me that they were out of product to complete the job. I have never encountered such poor business practices. They wasted my entire day, leaving me unable to find another professional on such short notice. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced..

Affordably priced, punctual, and kind. Paul was able to work with me to treat my house for fleas on a tight turnaround. Since his services I’ve not seen one flea. He was very responsive to my need to get the house treated before move in, and he was very kind and personable. Would def hire again!
Bug Mon is very unprofessional. He speaks down to clients, and sprayed Bengal roach spray in my walls for termites. Hardly advanced treatment. He's just some guy. Get a professional! He treated me and six months later the termites are back. Do not WASTE your money!
Paul called on time like they said he would. He treated the property and was very professional. Answered all our questions and he did an awesome job. I signed the yearly service contract and will highly recommend this company's service.
Mr. Paul was super nice and professional once he arrived. He did everything that he stated he would do during the visit. The person that called to setup the appt was also very nice and professional.

They are incredibly responsive and customer service is excellent! I like to use companies that have ties to the area rather than a national company. I’m glad I chose Bug You Not! Paul is fantastic! Not only did he arrive early on during my appointment window, but he thoroughly explained what he found during the inspection and what he recommended as the course of action. He was so incredibly knowledgeable. He came back the same day to set the traps and explained everything to me. I have nothing but good things to saw about this company!
