Make sure we’re all on the same page and expectations align

He set up a time to meet me at the property after repeatedly telling me how small my project was and then never showed up. No phone call. No text message. Nothing.

Todd does what he says he will do, and does it right. He helped modify my kitchen cabinets, with great precision, for a double wall oven install... slipped right in. I'd hire him again íf needed. Thanks!

high quality work and very quick to respond!

Contract agreement was 4-6 weeks for completion. 4 months later he abandoned the job without completing. I’ve attempted to contact him with no response. I will never use Thumptack again. I am out $13,000 without the cabinets that we contracted for.

Build magic is exactly what he does. Todd is extremely talented and it shows in his amazing craftsmanship. We have hired him several times in creating custom furniture and he works close with you to understand exactly what you want. He creates our vision and brings it to life. I highly recommend Todd for his attention to detail and well made custom pieces of furniture.

Todd was amazing and did an excellent job. Originally I hired him to install a pocket door, and ended up using him to install 3 interior doors along with a front door. Definitely he will be my go to person for my project. Todd is very dependable and detailed oriented. I can’t wait to hire him again.

Did the fixes that our handyman couldn’t. Would hire again!

Todd was fantastic to work with - responsive, punctual, and did excellent work at a fair price. I will be using him again. Highly recommend.

Notified me 45 minutes before his scheduled time to say not available, even though the app said he was and allowed me to book. Literally could have found someone else for a job I needed done that day, but now have no time to find an alternative. So, yeah, not a great experience. His response was simply “yes, the app does that…sorry”
