Reviews
They stood me up. We had an appointment for 8:30am. At 5:52 am they asked me for an address. I messaged them back at 7:56 when I woke up for work. 5 am is not a reasonable time to expect an answer. Especially an answer to something that should have been asked much earlier. I messaged them at 8:12, 8:17, and 9:17 asking for an update - the messages were noted as 'seen' on thumbtack. No response until 9:40 - which said I didn't provide an address so they 'filled my spot'. They took no responsibility for their radio silence. No attempt to reschedule. I was so surprised given their positive reviews. This was all so unnecessary and frustrating.
Great communication, overall wonderful experience and we're very happy with the result!
Couldn’t say more Greta things about Ariel. He is awesome to work with, from punctuality to adjusting the plan based on our changes. It was great working with him and was always willing to answer any of my questions. highly recommend for my future projects!!
Building hub was fantastic throughout our entire project. They went above and beyond to help us. I cannot recommend them enough!
Turned out exactly how we wanted! Provided creative ideas and great quality results. Very helpful and worked quickly.
Ariel did a fantastic job of converting a difficult space into a new usable office room. He worked with me to help design the space and troubleshooted the unexpected findings you get when remodeling a 70 year old space. Ariel was punctual, well organized and very fairly priced. I would recommend their services in the future l.
Ariel was great and communication was clear. He came to frame my basement and chalk lined everything for my approval before starting. He was punctual and showed up on time each day and kept everything clean when he finished. I appreciated it!
Working with BuildingHub was super easy. They did an amazing job with my project. I’ll be using their services again.
