They revived a 26 year-old wooden deck that did not get the best of care over the years. It now looks better than it has ever has and is structurally more sound than it's been in a while. Ivan and his associate worked long hours and the results were well worth what they charged me. Highly recommend them.

About BuildPrime LLC
Hi, I'm Ivan, owner of Build Prime LLC. I help homeowners and businesses with repairs, renovations, and remodeling, but my real job is making the whole process easier for you. I take the time to understand the problem, fix it the right way, and do work I'm proud to put my name on. My experience across home repairs and renovations allows me to see the bigger picture. I can often spot issues others might miss, figure out what's really causing the problem, and fix it the right way so you don't have to deal with it again. I believe fixing a problem starts with understanding why it happened in the first place. That's how I deliver work that's built to last, not something that just looks good the day I leave. Whether I'm taking care of a small repair or a larger renovation, I treat every project with the same care and attention I'd expect in my own home. My goal is simple. I want to earn your trust so that whenever your home needs attention, I'm the first person you think to call. If after reading this you feel like Build Prime might be a good fit, I'd love to hear about your project. We'll talk through what you have in mind, and if I can help, I'd be glad to.
Reviews
This company went above and beyond in helping us get grab bars installed in my parents' bathroom. They worked with me on a date and time that was convenient for my parents, who are 90 years old. The installer was punctual, professional, and did excellent work! I highly recommend this company.
Great to work with! Flexible and was quick. Done the next day!
He was awesome! I had several jobs that needed to be completed and he was on it. He changed my sink faucets, installed new towel bar set and so many others as seen under the photo. I would hire him again for sure! very flexible for scheduling
Great work
They did a fantastic job with our deck repair and stain. Very efficient and they also gave us the best rates with the best quality service.
We were so pleased with Build Prime! They were so responsive and so helpful in getting everything scheduled. From the time we contacted them til the work was done was within a week. They were very thorough and cleaned up after the job. We will be having them back in about a month to stain our large deck before the winter. I would definitely recommend Build Prime for your next painting project!
