Scheduling was good, so my review is only based on the initial appointment. When the man arrived at my house, I greeted him by opening my front door, then the storm door. He was on his phone and only looked up when I opened the storm door and rather than grabbing the door or using his words in some manner, he just walks right in my front door, barely passing me not saying a word. So I said “and your name is?” Which he responded his name (don’t remember it) and I followed up with “and you’re with?”, he responds “Buildwell”. Again, barely looking up from his phone. So I said, “hi my name is xxx” and reached to shake his hand. I then said he has 20min until the next contractor is showing up as he arrived at the latter part of the window. Before I could even get started, he was still on his phone, so I had to ask him if he had better plans as his actions have shown nothing but disinterest and disrespect since the moment I opened that door. Needless to say, he was in and out in under 5min, no measurements taken and with an attitude. BuildWell - if this is who you’re choosing to represent your brand, this man needs some serious training on basic manners and more importantly, how to greet someone you’re trying to win $50k+ worth of business.
