The work he did was okay, but he kept asking for more money even through we had a written contract in place that covered whatvhe was supposed to do. He asked up to buy his tools (saw blades, buckets, sponges, and spacers) even though they were in the contract (we paid for direct materials already). Everything was an extra price even though it was already agreed to in writing. Not worth the hassle.
Francisco was great to work with. He was very responsive, and got the job done quickly and professionally. He helped install rubber flooring in our gym, removed a hanging rack and assembled some gym equipment. Great value for a job well done!
Worked well and quickly

My Project was completed in record time with the Best of Results Thank You
Wow, what service! Gomez was communicating with me within ten mins or my inquiry! He was available on the spot and gave me a quote prior to arrival. He was here with 20 mins and spent 2 hours putting together my massive desk and book case. He did a great job and I look forward to working with him again! Very amicable, professional, and pleasant! 10/10 recommend! Thank you, Gomez!
I was looking for a handyman to help with a few projects we had. I just happened to come across Francisco's (Mr. Gomez) profile. After checking out reviews and comments I decided to give him a shot. I was impressed by his quick response and professionalism. He was ready and willing to work asap. We scheduled a day to show him the house. Meeting him in person, discussing our plans and seeing more of his completed jobs we were sold and hired Mr. Gomez. The quality, attention to detail and enthusiasm he brought us was outstanding. He's a perfectionist and it shows in his work. One job turned into a few. Flooring, paint, electrical, drywall and stairs. Francisco and his partner took care of everything in a timely fashion with excellent craftsmanship. Besides being a great handyman he's trustworthy we felt totally confident in him and his partner (sorry I forgot his name). We will definitely be using them again and we strongly recommend Built by Gomez.
Gomez is a true professional who is friendly and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, and pricing is clear and fair, which made me feel at ease. He completed excellent work quickly, including painting, installing new baseboards, and removing the popcorn ceiling. I will confidently recommend him to family and friends and look forward to future projects. I feel lucky to have found such a great handyman! Gomez gets it done right!
Francisco was able to get done 14 screens and built 3 frames in less than a day. They look great! Pleasant personality and honest. I would hire him again.
