Built to Perfection did an amazing job with the remodeling of my bathrooms, I couldn’t be happier with the ending results! Tom always stood in communication with me; and when I had questions or concerns, he made sure to take care of them in a timely matter. I will definitely refer Tom and the company to anyone looking to remodel or upgrade their homes.

I was so anxious to enlarge my living room; would they show up? will they overprice? Will the quality of work satisfying? Daniel from Built To Perfection was so patient with me; he explained every step in detail and check each work done. He always answered his phone or called back very quickly. As a result, my new living room astonishes all my friends and family by the spaciousness created. There were tiny mishaps, but fixed in no time. We could tell that the teams were pro and dedicated to do their best... especially the bamboo floor duo. Amazing. Thank you Daniel!

This review does not fully express how pleased I am with how our guest bathroom turned out. Tyler, the project manager, did an awesome job keeping everything on track with his team from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and explained every step of the project in detail, which made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the finished bathroom looks amazing. I would highly recommend Build to Perfection to my friends and family for any remodeling project. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Built to Perfection, and the experience—and end result—were outstanding. Tom was our main point of contact and guided us through both the design and construction process with professionalism and care. One of the highlights of the project was the custom cabinetry. Tom worked closely with us to design cabinets that truly fit our space and style. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, from the layout and storage solutions to the clean finishes and hardware details. The combination of warm wood lower cabinets and the crisp white upper cabinets completely transformed the kitchen and made it both beautiful and highly functional. Our project also included addressing mold issues, which Tom and his team handled thoroughly and responsibly before moving forward. The entire remodel took about four months, and throughout that time the crew was timely, clean, and professional. Communication was consistently good, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and the level of detail that went into the custom cabinets in particular. We would absolutely recommend Tom and the Built to Perfection team to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

They can get back to their customers. After a great visit with Trent, the dude ghosted me. No bid given. I followed up with their office twice. Wasted my time. Updated to 3 stars because they finally called me back.

It was a pleasure to work with them. They meet with our standards. Hard workers all of them. Tommie was awesome. He was well informed with us to let us know the step by step process.

Recently had a pedestrian door installed into the side our level one garage in LA. Ethan was the PM assigned to the project and was very responsive, communicative throughout the design, permitting and construction. I would highly recommend working with Built To Perfection and Ethan again on future remodels.

Refused to provide a quote. After I gave my review, the business owner called me over 20 times on May 7, 2025, and threatened to sue me. Hi, since you decided to sue me, why did you continue calling me? Your behaviors constituted harassment!

Try Built to Perfection and get a quote for your project. Great experience working with BTP and crew. Really appreciated Project Manager Tyler and his attention to detail that made everything go smoothly. Quality work from start to finish. Converted my existing small pantry space to a walk-in pantry, see before/afters. Floor tile, drywall, lighting, painting, they do it all. Crew always on time, really appreciate that. Also had some ceiling repair work done. Highly recommend and will call BTP for my next project.
