Had a great experience, and definitely happy that they came to me right away
We bought a property that’s really old and had roach/spider infestation. Lots of wasp nests around the outer periphery as well. All of it was taken care of promptly and they came in a second time to do additional spraying free of cost as well.
They came out when they said and did a great job with the application. They also had to work around from my specific concerns, which they did with no issues, and they were also the best value of the ones I received quotes on. Very happy with the selection.

Lavell came out to treat my mother’s home. He was very professional and addressed all of my concerns. Even though the main issue was for fruit flies, Lavell explained the treatment would extend to other insects as well which is appreciated. Exterminator was nice and explained things. However, he was late. I also needed to pride in order to get everything done the office connection indicated I would get.

I considered this company, but then found a local alternative that was willing to do the same work if not better for a much cheaper price. I told Bulwark that I would not be going forward with them and had chosen another vendor. They still continuously call and email to set an appointment. They’re desperation along with their extremely high prices and desire to push you into a yearly service contract was concern enough to look elsewhere. They may do excellent work, but are challenged when listening to a potential customer to the point they lost the sale and now a positive recommendation.
