Josh was a pleasure today when he performed our initial treatment, and was very thorough in treating for ants and explained each step as he went. The bait he left was attracting serious attention from the ants within just a few hours.

I posted my review too soon. I didn't realize that the "fine print" included a contract for bi-monthly services. I expressly told EVERYONE that I did not want a contract and was not committing to ongoing service. Because I paid with a debit card, they retained this information and proceeded to enroll me in an ongoing program. I ended up paying the full price for the first visit of $150 to avoid a contract. Would not use this again and warn you to read the fine print. This is where they get you.

they will be back as the roach problem is two fold; they give them stuff to get them to leave, then come back an spray the perimeter so they don't come back as well as exterminating them permanently
They make sure everything is good, kept coming out weekly until the problem was resolved!
I've waited a few days to leave my review, so I could see if I noticed anymore critters inside my home... I have not seen any *knocks on wood* so far!! But I feel good In Knowing they will come out and re treat, free of charge if needed before my 60 day follow up treatment. They were very accommodating, coming the next day after the online quote, because they knew I had company coming on the weekend. I feel like ALL my questions were answered before they even got here, and once here, explained everything again, what I should expect, etc. Overall I am very happy with Bulwark Exterminating, and will not hesitate to recommend them!!
