Dante was professional and very polite. We would like to ask for him again in the future.
Hyrum did a great job even cleared away the spider webs outside the apt. He was friendly, professional, informative and fast. Even arrived early. Thank you for your help!
Super easy process, and paid extra care to areas of concern. Answered all my questions and explained in detail.
Very nice and professional, and answered all of my questions. Great experience.
Prompt, professional, prepared, and did a very thorough job
The technician was professional and provided coverage inside as well as outside. Technician also communicated when he was 30 mins away which was helpful.
Amazing!!! The pro was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what issues were on my property to keep an eye on. By far one of the best extermination companies I’ve used in Charlotte
James was our tech. He spoke about the process and provided helpful information on the process.
Your associate was very helpful and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exterminator.
Terrible service and very unprofessional, cashier make me miss two days at work schedule appointment and never show up. The first excuse was the network, and them happen again showing their failure in executing their promises. Very unpleasant and would never recommend or hire ever again
Trey was awesome. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Nice young man!! I liked I didn’t sense a strong odor like bug spray. They are family run and owned. That’s beautiful these days!!
Trey could not have been nicer or more professional. He took his time and explained to me everything he was doing. I knew he was actually interested in helping me with my extermination problem and not just "doing a job."
I would like to speak to someone regarding the service
