Be honest about their charges. The exterminator that came was amazing. It was his manger or whatever he is.. he told me about the ant hills and that they would need to be treated he told me he could give me a special At $89. Then 25 every other month. All the sudden when they’re gone my bill is insane. I was charged so many things!! Still have spiders and ants. Wasted money. Now back to square one. If using make sure they give you a full breakdown and don’t let him talk over it. Definitely should’ve started an additional or something.

Reviews
Had a very good experience with the service I received from Bulwark. Our Albuquerque home was treated for roaches and spiders. Technician Dustin was very thorough and explained to me what to expect.
I received a call minutes after submitting my inquiry on Thumbtack. I explained my problem and we discussed what might be going on and available treatments. I was scheduled the very next day!! Dominic Garcia is an awesome tech! He explained everything fully and answered all of our questions. He had a plan of treatment specific to our individual situation and treated all of the areas inside and out with specific products to the locations. He's super nice and friendly!! He left his card so we could call him if we had any concerns or issues. A great guy!! We highly recommend him and the company!! Great job!!
Gabriel showed up on time and was very professional. He was also knowledgeable and very kind.
Reached out to this company to price spraying for bugs in a 4-plex I own. After getting the price quote I said I would call my tenants and see what kind of schedule I could work out and then call back to see if it would work. They asked for my email address and I gave it to them thinking nothing of it. Immediately after I got off the phone with them I started getting bombarded with emails and text messages demanding i click a link to authorize service and demanding i pay. I hadn’t even scheduled or finished pricing the service. I texted them back asking to be removed from the texts and they said they removed me but I still got more text messages that I NEVR SIGNED UP FOR. The high pressured sales of this place is worse than just living with the roaches. I wouldn’t recommend. Bulwark exterminating is worse than any bill collection agency on the planet with how many times they email and text you. In under 24 hours they spammed my phone 5 times and sent 6 emails requesting payment and authorization for a service I never agreed to. Run away from these guys.
Arrived on time and were efficient.
They communicated well and they did a great job! Will continue to use them. Hired them for weed control services and extermination.
Joshua D was responsive and explained everything that he did. I appreciate how respectful and professional he was during the service of my home.
Gabrielle Barela was very communicative and great to work with!
Today was move in day. Upon arrival I noticed a couple of roaches so I went searching for a pest control company l. Bulwark responded immediately, they even offered same day service ! Gabe was my pro and met my husband at our unit. once he arrived he sprayed heavily, put out bait, killed a lot of spiders, and treated all outlets, and exterior walls ! Gabe is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I am 100% confident that with Bulwark and Gabe on our side the infestation in my apartment doesn’t stand a chance. Thanks for being so awesome Gabe, as my husband said you’re our guy !
Dustin came out and did a great job spraying for roaches in the garage and spiders around the house.
Response was immediate. Professional and a fair price.
I would highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating for all your pest needs as they are very professional in all their approaches to taking care of you as a customer. Response, care, punctuality in this day and time was wonderful. You even get a personal phone number for your pest exterminator. All pests gone.
