Beware of these guys. They bombarded me with calls and texts, and when I made it clear that I was getting ESTIMATES, they sent some poor technician out to spray for roaches anyway. My house was open because my contractor and his crew were working while I was out. The Bulwark guy texted to announce that he’d completed an initial treatment. He was apologetic when I responded that I’d been clear about only wanting an estimate, as he’d been sent with other instructions. For a couple of weeks I was bombarded with emails, text messages and phone calls insisting that I needed to sign paperwork. The whole experience reminded me of dealing with snow plow drivers in Maine. I’d get home after a storm to find my driveway plowed and a bill on my front door, followed by pleading phone calls from the wife that I pay for services I never ordered.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered… I used this company for years on a regular basis until I had to move across the country. I cancelled with them and two months later got a text that they would be at my old place the next day. I called to make sure they had me as cancelled in the system and the guy said he would have to transfer me. He put me on hold and then hung up. I called back two more times and finally was told I’d be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor sarcastically said “you can use our service in your new state” and I told her I was in a townhome that did these services for me and she rudely laughed and said whatever. I was nice and not complaining so I’m not sure what sparked this reaction but it is appalling that it came from a supervisor… won’t be using you again. Also, why is the hold music to the itsy bitsy spider… I felt like I was being pranked the entire call
