James was our tech and did a phenomenal job on site of doing the work, explaining, and was very professional. The phone rep we initially talked to was the same way. You guys at Bulwark have a good thing going. Thank you for your services!

Super professional and patient. Thoroughly explained the services and treatment.
I reached out the morning I was looking into starting service and they had someone out that afternoon to help me. I really enjoyed our technician and look forward to continuing business with this company!
This was my first time using this company. I have spiders. They spent a lot of time on the outside and I didn't know I had to ask them to do the attached garage and inside. I did talk to them and they are coming back out this week. I appreciate the response and their agent that had came into my home. Repectful and on time.
I stayed home from work and they never showed up and didn't contact me to let me know there was an issue with someone not coming into work that day. Lost a day's pay for this. Found someone else to show up that day, luckily, from another company.
Explained what would be done, answered all my questions
We had an urgent matter (flies) that needed addressed at our property. Arsenio Wiley was the technician. He was very kind and polite, and took care of the issue! The company is very responsive to all my questions and reasonably priced for what they cover. We will keep using them for future needs!
Adam was great! Very professional and knowledgeable
This was my first time using them. I called them and the same day they came out to assist me. The service I purchased came with a 60 day warranty. I called them again a week later to see if they could come back out because I wanted to make sure my issue was taken care of. They said absolutely and didn’t ask any questions. Great company…10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
He was on time, easy to work with and completed the work efficiently. Good job
Aaron did a great job explaining everything he was doing.
Very nice helpful exterminator came out. The only issue is I don’t think they specialize in mice exterminating which is what I needed. I’m still having issues.
They were thorough and explained everything to me! Will definitely use them again!
