Brandon does really reliable work or at least he used to. He put a heating element in our dryer and it had to be replaced under warranty. It's out again and we wanted to get him to replace it. We have tried to reach him via text, VM, and Thumbtack. He has completely ghosted us. I even tried to just get him to send me where he bought the part and the recript so I could try to replace it under warranty again. He hasn't had the decency to even respond.

I cannot say enough good things about BV Reynolds LLC. After normal business hours—at 9:30 pm—he came out without hesitation, knowing I work an atypical schedule and simply don’t have the flexibility to wait days for an appointment. He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the washing machine efficiently, ran full tests, and even ran an actual load to be absolutely certain everything was working properly before leaving. The level of thoroughness and professionalism was outstanding. Reliable, skilled, respectful of time, and genuinely caring. This is the kind of professional you hope to find and keep. Highly, highly recommended.

He arrived exactly when he said he would. He thoroughly checked out my washer and found the problem. I was so pleased because I had been taken by a scammer who took money for a part I didn't need and never came back.

He was great! fixed the stove by cleaning and tightening a loose wire, that A1 told me to trash because they couldn't get parts. Would highly recommend!!

BV Reynolds was very quick to respond with an appointment time and gave updates when he was twenty minutes out. His trouble shooting was quick and he found the needed parts 30 miles away giving me the option for a priority fix or a reduced fee if I wanted to have the part order online. I would very much recommend his service.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and he showed up right when he said he would. He problem solved my dishwasher issue and checked out the rest of the dishwasher to make sure it was OK. He found the right part and offered to have me order it to save money or he could order it and come back and install it. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help me maintain a useful piece of equipment.

Brandon was very professional and showed up on time as he had indicated and proceeded to remove our old dishwasher and install our new one. Carded away our old one in his vehicle. During the entire time he was very meticulous and careful and was focused on not damaging the floor and hardwood flooring which was very much appreciated. It's very meticulous and careful to make sure the dishwasher was level and installed perfectly and even took the time to run through the cycles and share that info with my wife. We were very happy with Brandon and we look forward to hopefully hiring him again for other projects and would recommend him wholeheartedly. 🙏
