I had never met Carlos, until he came to bid on my project. He did an excellent job for me. His craftsmanship was second to none; he went above and beyond what I expected, at a price that couldn’t be beat. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding quality.

Reviews
We are extremely satisfied with the removal of popcorn ceiling and painting. Carlos paid attention to detail and protected all surfaces before starting. The quality of work was excellent and we are so happy with the outcome. He completed the job on time and cleaned up meticulously (this was a messy project!) He has our utmost confidence and we highly recommend him.
We hired Carlos to do popcorn removal and retexture on our first floor, second floor hallway, and master bedroom. Pros: He was professional and did a pretty good job. His quote was pretty average compared to the other ones we received. Affordable for sure. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, which we really appreciated. Cons/what can be better: Communication could have been better. He disclosed the timeline to us and unfortunately it took a few extra days than expected. The biggest issue was realized afterwards. We hired painters to paint the walls and the ceiling paint came off when the painters tape was removed so we had to dish out extra $$$ to get the ceilings repainted. I did reach out to find out what ceiling paint was used. He did offer to drop some off since we weren’t left with any after the job. He didn’t drop it off or ever respond again. We understood life happens but the lack of communication really leaves a sour taste because we tried to be good customers. We even tried to reach out about another job but never heard back so we had to hire another drywall contractor. All in all we are disappointed because we were hoping to establish a long standing relationship so we have a go to contractor for all things drywall so I’d say it depends on what you’re looking for. It was a good one-time hire.
Deposit issue was resolved. Disappointed the work was not completed but Carlos offered to finish the job right away.
Highly recommend! Great work and excellent communication!
Carlos was professional, flexible and did great removing our popcorn ceiling, re-texturing and painting our ceilings and walls. Would definitely use him again.
Excellent workmanship! Carlos removed popcorn ceiling from entire home making a huge improvement in the property A++ definitely 5 star recommend - the quality and finish of the job was outstanding.
Carlos did a great job removal our popcorn ceiling. Looks great and would highly recommend!!
Professional work at a great price. Carlos did a great job hanging drywall in my garage. Responded right away and got the job done promptly. I would definitely recommend him!
We can’t thank Carlos enough for working with us on our basement. Not only did he do an incredible job at hanging drywall and blending texture into the existing, he was able to help us frame the walls where the foundation company erroneously tore out. Thank you for your hard work and flexibility! Planning on using him this summer to finish our garage!
Really quality work, good communication, would hire him again for any other drywall projects
Carlos is very friendly and, although not always reliable schedule wise, he worked very hard. He is a skill and well mannered man, with great attention to details. I specifically appreciate that he made an effort to clean at the end of each day so that I could access the area that he worked on. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is consistent communication.
Carlos did a wonderful job. I'm looking for other projects for him to work on.
Carlos did an absolutely fantastic job. Of all the drywallers we reached out to, Carlos was the only one to give us a line by line breakdown and explain the different levels with pricing. He is extremely meticulous with his work. The lines are perfect. Not even the slightest imperfection anywhere. We loved his drywall work so much we asked if he painted, which he did. And with that he also did a perfect job. Clean lines. Caulked. And he cleaned up everything after leaving the place spotless. His prices are very reasonable. Quality of work is great. Highly recommended! We did insulation, drywall, and paint with him. Will call him for any future projects.
Carlos did an amazing job with patching up walls where I had removed a wall and a closet to increase my bathroom size. No gimmicks, honest and transparent. I would definitely hire Carlos again. Thank you sir for an amazing job! I haven’t painted yet and it already looks amazing!
Carlos has done an excellent job on my drywall and painting in my new 900 sq ft finished basement. Great professional, a good hardworking, nice person. Fair price. And he even will come back and assure you are happy with the quality, amazing. Thanks Carlos!
Carlos was the ultimate professional, and I couldn't have been any happier with the job he did. The job was to add to the wall and create a rough opening to hang a door to seperate the master bedroom and master bathroom. Met me same day to provide an estimate, then started the work the following week, and finished everything right on schedule. High quality work, and I felt at ease throughout the process as he had excellent communication and would consult with me any time something couldn't be done exactly as originally planned. Will be hiring Carlos and C&L Constructions again for all future framing and drywall needs!
