We needed to rebuild walls, flooring, and a small kitchen space after a mold remediation. Samuel was really great to work with. He always showed up on time when we scheduled appointments. He was very flexible in making changes as work progressed. He and his crew did an excellent job on the wallboard, cabinet and countertop installation, and new flooring. His work was done well and on time. And he was always quick to respond to texts and email. His prices were very reasonable. I hightly recommend him.

Hired him to do some plumbing work and he said he could complete the job and had experience .... he had no idea what he was doing I had to hire a plumber. The new plumber said he had no idea what he was doing striped all the threads on my new faucets and ruined several other parts which needed to be replaced. He would probably do an okay job on little handyman things around the house but certainly would not hire him for any plumbing jobs.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. Cabrera construccion excelled in three ways: 1. Most importantly, the job quality is excellent. Great attention to details, exactly as I asked, great quality work. This is the most important thing, because this is what is going to stay with me for years to come. 2. Professionalism - Samuel was responsible, showed up exactly on time, both for the estimate, and for the work days. He send the quotes when he promised he will, and left things behind perfectly cleaned. 3. Responsiveness - whenever I texted him a question or an ask, he always replied within minutes, and had a final answer very quickly. This made working with him very convenient and stress free. Highly recommend! In the picture - the work he did for me, which consisted of cutting away and removing a mini-brick edge, leveling the area, creating a concrete slab, and assembling the shed on it.
