Contacted them about getting into my safe. They gave me a quote and said they would come out today. I never heard back from them, they never came out, never reached out to me. I tried to contact them twice today, no answer. Not very professional.

When you say you will show up on a specific day and time, I expect that you will show up. Unfortunately, not showing up and not calling is what a lot of people are doing these days.

They advertise no service charge… comes out without giving me a time, just 7-9am, I call him at 9 and he’s at the gate but why not tell me his ETA? Very unprofessional, then he saw my replacement lock wouldn’t fit so he charged me a service fee 75$ even though he states they don’t charge service fees and agrees to get me a lock on his own for a fee… he doesn’t call so I called him 2 1/2 days later and he says he’s busy, maybe next week. Not professional, not respectful and worse… doesn’t Honor his promises nor communicate

I hired Mike to install new keypad locks and rekey an existing lock. Mike was responsive, efficient and so fast! Very professional! I sincerely appreciated the value for money, being on a tight budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely hire again when needed!

I purchased new exterior door handles and wanted them re-keyed so all matched. Great communication with regards to scheduling. Very easy to work with. Work was done quickly and as requested. Was even able to replace the tumbler for my old screen door so it could be ere-keyed too. Definitely recommend.

They responded fast, but hire someone else. Mike came out to install 2 deadbolts and boasted that 'he's done over 5000 of these' He did one fine but then split the edge of the door with the 2nd one and the lock was crooked. He blamed the door. Afterwards we straightened the thumbbolt and the bolt plate came loose. We reached out for a follow up or even just a suggestion how to fix it. We got another hardware excuse and then he 'forgot who we were' when I followed up again.

Spoke to technician on Thursday which he stated he was available anytime next day which wasn't the case since I asked for an early afternoon time. With my schedule conflicts I asked if he was available Monday morning at 8:30am. I never got a response or confirmation he would be coming to complete the job. I therefore had to hire another company who confirmed and was much cheaper. This technician showed up did the work and charged more then what he originally quoted me. Once I realized he was not the company I hired. He talked negative about the other company stating the reason they quote the work so cheap is because that company will charge you a higher amount once they complete the job which is exactly what he did. Note he charges extra if you only do one lock change and for 2 keys. Different from the original quote.

He cut the hinge templates the wrong radius on the door. Said he did not have the proper tool. He should of let me know that before doing the job, Now my hinges have gaps around all the hinges. about 1/4 inch. Horrible, now I;m moving that door from another door so we don't see the horrible gaps. would not recommend
