I had a great experience working with Cadeza roofing. Juan was really nice and flexible. He did a fantastic job explaining the process, and giving me options to give me the custom roof I wanted. His crew arrived early, worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. I look forward to referring Cadeza roofing to others who need a roof.

Everything was great on roof pair. Very professional workers and repair. I would use them again. 💯
Professional, very kind and good personality, great price
The Cadeza team came out for a quote and we aligned on the project. The team showed up on schedule and completed the new roof with the highest quality. Great owner and team. I would highly recommend.
I hired Juan Cadeza Roofing and Construction to install a new roof on my home on Oct. 20th, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, efficient, and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. The quality of materials used is evident in the finished product, which not only looks fantastic but should add to the energy efficiency of my home. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the thorough clean-up after the project was completed. I highly recommend Juan Cadeza Roofing and Construction for their outstanding service and top-notch workmanship. It’s been one day, but looking forward to the next rainy day to see how it holds up.
Needed to get new *fascia, soffits and gutters under the patio*. Came out for a quote and was able to start the following week. Answered all my questions. I’d hire them again! I’m keeping the patio ceiling as-is for now - until I can figure out what I want.
He responded to my request, I responded back and asked him to call me to discuss. He never called back
They did a great job and I was out of town when they took care of my new gutters
I would have selected all the positive adjectives in the review options if thumbtack allowed. My experience with Cadeza Roofing was exceptional and Juan went out of his way to explain anything I didn't understand - even the insurance portion. Thanks so much for your excellent service.
Very reasonable, job well done. Finished roof in one day
Juan from Cadeza came out to do a roof on one of my projects. They had to hand nail the shingles due to an exposed roof. They did a neat and tidy job. I will be using these guys again on my future jobs!
Juan provides Great service, very professional and respectable. Completed the job quickly and appears to be quality work for replacing the tiles on my roof. I will use them again in the future, just wasn’t able to color match tiles but I’m more thankful that I won’t have any water leaks! Good service!
Working with Juan Cadeza of Cadeza Roofing & Construction was great! He was professional, punctual, responsive, thorough, respectful, accommodating and reasonably priced. The crew tore off the old roof and put all of the debris in a "dump" truck; installed the new roof, trim and vents and cleaned up the work site. It was fast, effective and the best experience we have had with a contractor. The roof looks great! The house looks newer! Highly recommend this roofing company! Thanks, Juan and God bless!
Finished roof in one day
Highly pleased with new roof quality and workmanship. Very professional and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.
Great job easy to work with
Called Juan early afternoon as I needed someone quick. Had a leak at the furnace vent pipe & when it rained my furnace would go into shut down. He came out the same afternoon, already had supplies & roofing material with him. The plywood was also rotted underneath the shingles & had to be replaced. Took him about an hour & a half, finished up, cleaned up, sent me pictures & all is well. Responsive, polite, good workmanship, reasonable pricing. Charged exactly what he said, no more. Would call again if I need to.
Spoke with Juan one day, came all the way from Needville to Bryan the following day and did roof repair. Showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. Great job would recommend this co. and will be calling Cadeza roofing when it's time to replace roof.
