They did a great job adjusting the several doors to prevent floor damage.
Quick, on time and effective. Thank you
I had an issue with my mortise lock door and reached out for help. They responded in under 1 minute and showed up at my door in just 20 minutes. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the mortise lock cleanly and professionally. Super reliable, fast, and polite service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a pinch!
I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service we received. I definitely will contact them for my next security service.
The company responded quickly and someone came out the same day. They installed my ring cam and set it up. I would definitely use them again.
Very pleasant to work with.
Good and quality work, very responsive
I had a deadbolt installed on a door that required drooling through steel plate to install. The locksmith showed up on time and ready to work. He was diligent and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.
Cairo Locksmith came this afternoon to change my front door lock. Samuel came and was super patient and professional as I was trying to decide what kind of lock I needed. He waited for me while I went to Home Depot to grab a new lock. The job was done very quickly and very clean and professional. I would highly recommend them for any locksmith job that you need.
Absolutely perfect work and customer service. I 100%recommend this company
Cairo was amazing with communication, speed, and quality. I just bought a home in Washington DC and had an incident with someone on my property. I called Cairo to replace my locks and install security cameras. The cost for materials and labor were very reasonable and they addressed every concern. I feel so much safer as they’ve set me up with an entire process for how to use and manage these new tools. Will be hiring them again.
Great and fast service. Highly recommend these professionals.
I had an excellent experience and will definitely be booking with him again. From start to finish, he was professional, respectful, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. He worked efficiently without sacrificing the quality of his work, and I truly appreciated how organized and attentive he was throughout the appointment. His friendly and kind attitude made the experience better, and it was clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding service. Thank you for such a positive experience. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, and efficiency. I look forward to booking with you again soon!
Mina provided excellent customer service. He responded to my inquiry within minutes. Provided a direct price that was competitive for the service. He arrived promptly. He installed four smart locks for me and did so with excellence and precision. When one of the locks presented challenges, he continued working until the issue was solved. Even when I indicated that I was okay with the imperfection, he continued to work until it was perfect for which I am extremely appreciative. Additionally, he was friendly and courteous. If I ever have future needs for a locksmith, I would certainly consider Cairo.
They came out same day. Good price for what I needed. Needed to get my deadbolt hole lock on a storm door larger so standard deadbolt lock can fit. No complaints. Work was completed fast for what I needed done.
When i originally googled how to break this lock, things didn’t look promising. I reached out to Mina, he responded right away, provided a very transparent price quote, quickly arranged an appt and was at my house a day later. He looked at the lock, assessed the situation and within 5 minutes was able to release it. I was expecting for it to be a much tougher and expensive job, but Mina made it look easy and was very well priced. I will definitely use Cairo locksmith again!
