The cake turned out beautifully and tasted even better! The chocolate hazelnut cake was incredibly moist, flavorful, and such a hit with everyone. She also worked with me to make sure everything came together for my celebration, which I truly appreciated. I was very happy with the final result!

I put down a deposit and when it was close to the time to get my item, she wanted the balance prior to getting my cupcakes. I told her that I would bring cash with me for I was not paying balance prior to receiving cupcakes. I even called and texted so we could communicate. She never called or returned my text. As a result of her negligence, I didn’t get my daughter cupcakes and she got to keep my deposit. My experience so you’ve been warned.

I ordered cupcakes and they turned out fantastic. Both the design and flavor were perfect. Cake & Crumbs was very responsive, and delivery was perfect! I really appreciate all their efforts and would definitely use them again!
Janai was extremely professional and easy to work with. Each time I IM'd her she responded within minutes. I had a family crisis which caused me to lose track of the due date and delayed my final payment. Janai was very understanding. The cake came out pretty much as discussed (photo attached). She even ordered the preferred Champaign bottle sugar print I asked for. Most importantly, she delivered the cake as scheduled. Delivery was key because I had so many things to do, picking up a cake across town was the last thing I wanted to worry about. The cake pictured I embellished a bit with the retirement topper, purple bubbles, and edible gold flakes.
This pro cancelled the evening before with no suggestions or nothing.
The cake I requested came out to my expectations and better! Always responsive when I needed, simple process from start to finish and everyone really loved the cake. Thank you so much, will definitely contact next event I have
I had Janai make a cake for a baby shower to feed up to 50 people and she did an amazing job!! The cake was moist and very delicious!!! And she made the cake exactly like the picture I gave her!!!
