Professional and knowledgeable and did a great job!

I am very happy with the work that was done! Greg was professional, on time, clearly explained what the job would entail, and answered any questions I had. He completed the work in a timely manner, and everything was left clean (if not cleaner than before the job occurred!) He took, and shared with me, photos of work completed on the roof. (Unfortunately, they are on my phone and I'm writing this on my laptop.) I definitely recommend Cal Property Pros to anyone wanting roof and/or gutter servicing.

Greg at Cal Property Pros did an excellent job on our roof, he explained to us why his low pressure steam cleaning process was best for the roof. Greg was flexible with our timing and easy to schedule. He worked very hard all day and the results looked like a brand new roof! What an amazing difference from where he started. He took lots of photos of his work throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

I used Thumbtack to contact Cal Property Pros. Greg contacted me within minutes. He provided a quote on the phone and the job was scheduled for the same Friday. Greg and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our gutters, which literally had grass growing. They also cleaned our roof to get rid of all the moss and leaves. Greg also sent me 50 photos showing the before and after. I could not have asked for better service.

Cal Property Pros were great! Greg called me right away and was able to help us out quickly. They arrived on time, did just what we needed, and took away the debris. Friendly people, too!
